In Store Shopping

  1. Special Orders need to be paid in advance.
  2. No refund on special orders.
  3. No refund or exchange on items sold at discounted or special pricing.
  4. No refund or exchange without receipt.
  5. No refund or exchange on used, marked, or damaged merchandise.
  6. No refund after 30 days from purchase with the following exceptions:  No refund or exchange on bath equipment, braces, pillows, incontinence, or stockings.
  7. No refund on lift chairs, scooters, power wheelchairs, or hospital beds.  Small marks or wear from traveling to and from your home do not allow us to resell these items in new condition.

Online Shopping

  1. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as in new or like new condition.  
  2. A 20 percent restocking fee may be applied to all shipped or delivered products to be returned.
  3. Returning products will be the responsibility of the customer either in person or via shipping carrier.
